The integration between Smokeball and Case Status will sync case information between the two platforms. Cases defined within Smokeball will bring over (at a minimum) client info (with phone number) and the primary attorney. The case information can also include the practice area and stages if set up in Smokeball (recommended). With this integration in place (and Case Status platform configured), updates made in the case flow directly to the client user on their smartphone via the app (including push notifications) or SMS text if the App has not been accessed. When the client sends a message or a document from the smartphone (via the app or SMS text) this will be stored in Smokeball in the notes section and documents section, respectively.
