**Use the tools yourself**
File an email to the right Smokeball matter in two clicks. The email itself is saved into the matter's documents.
Record time against the matter from the email you are reading, and see the time already recorded on it, including entries made in Smokeball.
Draft replies in your own writing style, saved to your Outlook Drafts folder for you to check and send.
Review contracts and documents, with unusual clauses called out.
See your inbox sorted by urgency in the Docket, read against your open matters.

**Or let Nova do it for you**
Nova is the AI paralegal inside the toolbox. Ask her in plain English, for example "file this to the Mitchell purchase and record 18 minutes", and she prepares the work for you to confirm. She suggests the right matter and flags it when two could fit, rather than guessing.
