Collaboration
- Export - Report content can be exported to several file formats for use outside of LAWKPIs. These formats include CSV, DOCX, PDF, Text, and XLSX etc.
- Broadcast: A report or dashboard can be broadcasted to users via email on the selected scheduled date and time. You can also set alert-based broadcast. Eg: If the monthly revenue number falls below $100,000, you can set an alert-based broadcast.
- Share - A report can be shared via various mediums like Distribute, Email, Embed, and Link to your firm members.
- Email - Allows the user to send a report to another user via a one-off email.
- Embed: This allows the user to embed a report into an HTML, Wiki, or Blog page
- Link: This allows you to share the content or report by using a link.
- Favourites: A report/s can be added as a favourite so that it can be easily accessible via favourites. Users do not need to locate the report from any dashboard.
Integration Diagrams
Following is a high-level process to onboard Smokeball users on LawKPIs platform:
- Once the Smokeball user has signed up with LawKPIs, we will send out onboarding email to get temporary access to the Smokeball application. This is required to establish the integration between Smokeball and LawKPIs.
- Once the integration is established, the data syncing will start from Smokeball to LawKPIs. In this process, LawKPIs will pull data related to Matters, Contacts, Activities, Invoices, Payment/Transactions, Task, Events, Users/Staff, Referral Sources, Stages, Bank Account
- Some dashboards require data from QuickBooks and Lawmatics. If a Smokeball user wishes to access these dashboards, the LawKPIs team will need appropriate access to the respective applications to retrieve the necessary data.
- Once all the access is received, LawKPIs team will begin the configuration process and share the checklist with the users to share one-time setups (e.g.: sharing targets in excel format)
- Once the setups are complete, LawKPIs team will test the dashboards and carry out the data reconciliation between smokeball and LawKPIs to match the numbers
- Three rounds of data reconciliation will be conducted, and the data accuracy will be ensured
- All these activities will be completed within 5 days, and the system will be handed over to the smokeball user
- Once the system is handed over, the user can change the password in Smokeball application (which was given to the LawKPIs team during the configuration)
- After the releasing of the system, the users can schedule a walkthrough session with LawKPIs team to understand the system and training purpose.
- For the custom reports, the user needs to submit the requirement. The LawKPIs team will analyze it and arrange a call to discuss open questions. Once the requirement is clear, the team will start building the report and will deliver it after thorough testing
