Workzilla allows administrators to set targets for anyone in the business on a variety of metrics including: Hours, Billable fees, Invoiced Fees, Collected fees.
On either their own timesheeted effort OR on files to which they have a relationship (such as Responsible).
Unrealised Cashflow
The Unrealised Cashflow feature allows anyone with "Manager" access to see their team's uninvoiced WIP, outstanding invoices and even outstanding disbursements.
